This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Oversee the implementation of Next Generation 911 (NG911) solutions.
• Direct the complete project lifecycle from Initiation to Closing in accordance with PMBOK standards.
• Create and execute a detailed Master Project Plan utilizing automated project management tools.
• Manage project budgets that include both labor and capital expenses.
• Continuously identify risks and conduct qualitative/quantitative assessments while maintaining a Risk Register and mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary liaison for customers, subcontractors, and internal cross-functional teams.
• A Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex deployment programs and/or software application rollouts for external customers is required.
• PgMP, PMP, and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience with Public Safety communications systems is considered advantageous.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, or comparable applications, along with the ability to develop complex master schedules.
• Must successfully undergo a criminal background check and meet the CJIS Security and Privacy: Privileged Role certification requirements.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
