📋 Description

• Create and implement comprehensive growth marketing campaigns across regions, utilizing multiple channels and countries (such as SEM, social media, email, content marketing, webinars, and events) to generate leads and achieve new business goals.

• Tailor global campaigns to address regional priorities, industry focus areas, and differing levels of market maturity throughout EMEA.

• Customize global positioning, messaging, and campaigns to resonate with local business challenges, buyer personas, cultural subtleties, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in the creation of product narratives, pitch presentations, playbooks, and other sales materials.

• Track, evaluate, and enhance regional programs to boost performance, increase conversion rates, and deliver quantifiable results.

• Collaborate closely with EMEA Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

• Engage with senior leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and updates regarding campaign performance and alignment with business growth strategies.

• Partner with external agencies and vendors to effectively implement campaigns, ensuring they are consistent with our brand and objectives.

• Utilize data analytics and customer insights to uncover growth opportunities and fine-tune campaign messaging.

• Design and execute lead nurturing strategies that convert prospects and drive the growth of a high-quality sales pipeline.

• Collaborate closely with EMEA Sales leadership to support key territories and strategic accounts through focused field marketing initiatives, executive events, roundtables, trade shows, and ABM programs.

• Assess performance at both regional and country levels, providing regular performance reports, KPIs, and campaign analysis to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency regarding the effectiveness of demand generation efforts.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8 - 10 years of combined experience in strategy, B2B marketing, or product marketing, with direct involvement in EMEA markets.

• Demonstrable experience managing multi-country campaigns throughout Europe and/or the broader EMEA region.

• In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels (including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing) and demand generation best practices.

• Proven success in designing, executing, and optimizing impactful demand generation campaigns that yield qualified leads and contribute to business expansion.

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (like Salesforce).

• Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.

• Excellent project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

• Comfortable collaborating across different time zones and cultures, adapting to a diverse range of stakeholders and audiences.
