• Lead and implement regional marketing strategies, programs, and tactics aligned with ZOLL’s Public Safety growth objectives in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
• Serve as the main marketing partner to ZOLL Territory Managers, facilitating distributor-led sales models and enhancing effective execution in local markets.
• Develop, influence, and oversee marketing collaboration with distributor partners, ensuring consistency, quality, and measurable results.
• Plan, execute, and optimize channel marketing programs and promotions to enhance AED market penetration and public adoption.
• Drive lead generation initiatives to support sales goals, including the creation of promotional materials such as flyers, newsletters, direct mail, and email campaigns—often under tight deadlines.
• Coordinate the development and localization of marketing assets, including sales tools, literature, presentations, translations, website content, social media activities, and publicity materials.
• Support and manage marketing activities surrounding tradeshows, congresses, and events, collaborating cross-functionally with sales and global marketing teams.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on distributor marketing performance, providing insights, analytics, and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Track regional market trends, competitive movements, and customer insights to pinpoint opportunities and guide marketing priorities.
• Manage the regional marketing budget effectively to maximize brand impact and return on investment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Over 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, medical devices, healthcare, or technology-driven environments.
• Proven experience in working with indirect sales models and distribution partners.
• Demonstrated success in delivering effective lead generation and demand-driven marketing campaigns.
• Experience with CRM systems and campaign performance analytics.
• Strong project management skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities concurrently in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including strong copywriting and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated mindset with the capability to work autonomously, manage personal workload, and achieve objectives within deadlines and budget.
• Travel: Up to 30% (primarily for tradeshows, distributor meetings, and internal training)
