This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Create and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies for designated product lines, customer demographics, and strategic initiatives throughout the EMEA region.
• Convert business and marketing goals into customer-focused engagement strategies, establishing the ideal channel mix, messaging, and customer journey.
• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns utilizing email marketing, digital nurturing, webinars, social media, paid media, third-party media, and events.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing Program Managers to establish campaign objectives, success metrics, KPIs, and optimization strategies.
• Work together with internal marketing teams (marketing automation, social media, creative services, analytics) and external agencies and suppliers to guarantee high-quality, timely campaign execution.
• Act as the marcom lead and project manager for designated strategic international events, overseeing booth design, promotional strategies, budget management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Develop audience segmentation, communication frameworks, and campaign assets that provide a consistent and engaging brand experience across all touchpoints.
• Oversee campaign setup and execution within CRM and marketing platforms, ensuring precise tracking and adherence to brand and privacy standards.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, lead generation, and marketing ROI, converting insights into ongoing enhancements.
• Participate in digital transformation and marketing innovation efforts by identifying opportunities to utilize new technologies, AI-driven capabilities, and operational efficiencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, campaign management, or event marketing.
• Strong understanding of contemporary marketing disciplines, including email marketing, marketing automation, social media, digital advertising, webinars, events, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
• Experience managing projects and activities involving multiple stakeholders, functions, and external partners.
• A robust analytical mindset capable of interpreting campaign performance data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Practical experience with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and digital collaboration tools; familiarity with design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is advantageous.
• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or other compliance-focused environments) is a plus.
