
EMEA Industry Sales Director – Process Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Establish and implement the strategic vision for Process Manufacturing sectors throughout the EMEA region.
• Ensure that strategic development plans are in alignment with overall objectives.
• Propel growth specific to the industry.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships, both externally and internally.
• Assist regional teams in meeting their business goals within these sectors.
• Promote collaboration across various functions and markets.
• Direct the strategic industry approach for the EMEA region.
• Identify market credentials, key players, market trends, industry needs, growth opportunities, and potential industry threats.
• Comprehend key stakeholders and influencers within the industry ecosystem, including their strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
• Collect best sales practices and customer experiences with the dedicated sales team across the EMEA region.
• Work alongside marketing, value-added solutions, and product teams to customize offerings according to industry demands.
• A demonstrated and successful background in a senior corporate account management role, overseeing a portfolio of accounts valued in the upper tens or hundreds of millions of Euros.
• Experience working with a large-scale or complex company that provides value-added services related to clients' indirect procurement needs, with experience in a multi-country or pan-EMEA context.
• Strategic and commercial mindset with proven knowledge of the purchasing patterns and behaviors of corporate clients.
• Possess strong operational and project management skills, capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders, service providers, suppliers, etc.
• Knowledge and a proven track record of success within the Food & Beverage (F&B), Chemicals, or Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Financially savvy with respect to managing P&L, budgets, costs, etc.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and performance-driven, demonstrating a desire to "make things happen" and the ability to make confident decisions that lead to positive outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a natural leader, and a team player with the capacity to influence across organizational and cultural boundaries.
• Able to effectively manage people in both direct and indirect/matrix environments, with the ability to drive change.
• High levels of personal initiative, professionalism, self-motivation, credibility, and integrity, with the capability to operate swiftly and autonomously.
• Adaptable to the evolving needs of the company as it continues to grow and develop.
• Fluent in English (essential) and proficient in any additional language (desirable).
