This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise clients throughout the EMEA region.
• Create a pipeline through targeted prospecting, networking with executives, and gathering market intelligence.
• Promote Infopro’s AI-driven skills platform along with other advisory, content, learning administration, and managed learning services.
• Design and implement account plans for current clients to increase wallet share and establish long-term partnerships.
• Aim for high-value transformational engagements across various business units and stakeholder groups.
• Assist in launching the AI-powered skills and capabilities platform and managed learning services within the EMEA market.
• Influence the go-to-market strategy, client positioning, and initial successes.
• Oversee intricate enterprise sales processes from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Engage with stakeholders such as Chief Learning Officers, Chief Talent Officers, HR and L&D leaders, procurement, legal, and IT departments.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and systematically progress opportunities.
• Establish trusted relationships with C-suite executives as a strategic advisor on AI-enhanced learning and workforce transformation.
• Collaborate with the VP of Learning Solutions, solution architects, delivery, and marketing teams on client-focused proposals and the transition from sale to delivery.
• Keep accurate records of pipeline and forecast data.
• Apply structured discipline to territory and account planning.
• Demonstrated experience in selling learning, skills development, talent, or workforce transformation solutions.
• Proven history of acquiring new-logo business in a B2B enterprise sales context.
• Experience in managing and expanding a portfolio of existing accounts.
• Consistent track record of achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
• Experience in selling to one or more EMEA markets.
• Familiarity with regional buying dynamics.
• Genuine interest in AI and its application to learning, skills, and capability development.
• Understanding of corporate learning and development, talent management, or HR advisory sectors.
• Awareness of workforce transformation trends and skills-based, AI-enabled organizations.
• Comfortable and credible when engaging stakeholders from C-suite to C-suite-2.
• Strong instincts for new business acquisition balanced with account growth discipline.
• Consultative, insight-driven selling approach.
• Executive presence complemented by exceptional communication and influencing abilities.
• Self-motivated and at ease working in a remote, distributed setting.
• Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
• Must reside in the UK.
• Available to work from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
• Willing to travel regionally for clients 20–50% of the time as necessary.
