EMEA Governance Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Organize and lead governance reviews and client meetings, such as MMRs, QBRs, annual presentations, and cross-account documentation.

• Monitor KPI scoring and performance reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis, alongside team meetings and account-wide townhalls.

• Manage action items through the Escalation Tracker process, ensuring that overdue items are identified and resolved promptly.

• Supervise the Quality Programme, including audits, compliance assessments, and corrective action plans in accordance with QMS standards.

• Ensure accurate and comprehensive governance documentation and evidence is maintained across the account team's SharePoint.

• Lead the client experience initiative for Reception Standards, creating and conducting training while establishing a network of workplace ambassadors.

• Serve as the primary contact for governance-related inquiries from internal teams and clients, offering clear guidance on processes and requirements.

• Assist with essential account systems and tools (e.g., Corrigo, Azara, JLL Serve) while collaborating with the EMEA Ops Lead and Account Director to maintain the L&D matrix.

• Experience in governance, compliance, risk, or quality management within a corporate or facilities management environment.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities, capable of fostering trust among clients, leadership, and operational teams.

• Proficient facilitation skills—comfortable leading meetings, documenting results, and driving actions to completion.

• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), risk registers, and compliance frameworks.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confident presentation abilities and active listening skills.

• Detail-oriented with a genuine passion for quality and service excellence.

• Proactive, self-driven attitude with the adaptability to manage changing priorities.
