• Oversee and enhance distributor partnerships throughout EMEA and Asia.
• Conduct regular business assessments, sales strategies, and performance evaluations.

• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure efficient fulfillment and delivery outcomes.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor actions, and regional prospects.
• Discover and onboard new distribution partners in key expansion areas.
• Establish and nurture a robust global distributor pipeline.
• Travel frequently to engage with partners, support product launches, and enhance market visibility.
• Proven experience managing international distributors, partnerships, or B2B commercial accounts.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Commercially savvy with a focus on growth.
• Comfortable navigating multiple international markets.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Experience in premium, design-driven, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
