This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive demand and pipeline growth led by partners across EMEA through targeted programs, communications, content, and events.
• Develop and sustain expertise in the EMEA channel ecosystem, with a focus on the UK and Western and Northern Europe.
• Serve as the regional authority on the influence, generation, and closure of demand by partners throughout EMEA.
• Provide partners with content, messaging, and tools necessary to stimulate demand.
• Localize and implement global partner campaigns tailored for EMEA.
• Create partner enablement assets, including campaign-in-a-box toolkits and value propositions specific to partner types.
• Promote the adoption of marketing programs and enhance performance using engagement data.
• Strategize, activate, and optimize regional MDF investments in collaboration with Sales.
• Align channel marketing strategies with regional sales priorities, focus areas, and growth objectives.
• Engage in regional sales planning, QBRs, and cadence meetings as the channel marketing lead.
• Coordinate partner-led initiatives with direct sales efforts to maximize pipeline contributions.
• Manage EMEA partner communications, newsletters, program announcements, and campaign-related communications.
• Adapt global updates, product launches, and program modifications into relevant communications for the region.
• Assist in the execution, enablement, launches, and engagement of regional partner programs.
• Identify gaps in partner coverage and suggest marketing strategies to attract appropriate partners.
• Monitor and report on channel marketing performance against pipeline, MDF ROI, event, and partner engagement KPIs.
• Utilize feedback from Sales and partners to refine programs.
• Share insights and best practices from EMEA with global marketing teams.
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant demonstrated experience in channel or partner marketing across EMEA.
• Strong knowledge of the EMEA partner ecosystem and various routes to market.
• Experience working with VARs, MSPs, Systems Integrators, and Distributors.
• Proven track record of collaborating with field sales teams on shared pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Experience in planning, executing, and assessing regional partner events and field marketing programs.
• Hands-on experience in managing or influencing MDF budgets and demonstrating ROI.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and pipeline data.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Highly organized and execution-oriented; adept at operating efficiently in a matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently across EMEA.
• Experience in the networking, hardware, AV, or broader technology sectors is preferred.
• Additional European language skills are a plus.
• A professional marketing qualification is preferred.
• Must have the right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.
