Embedded Security Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete lifecycle of both physical and electronic security components within data center and critical infrastructure initiatives.

• Supervise the quality of technical installations, ensuring system integration is precise, device placement is optimal, and wiring complies with global standards.

• Act as the on-site security representative, engaging closely with construction, MEP, and infrastructure teams.

• Direct the functional testing of ACS, VMS, IDS, intercoms, sensors, physical hardware, and failover behavior.

• Confirm the installation and integration of physical security infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in engineering, security technology, construction management, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will also be considered.

• Significant hands-on experience with Lenel OnGuard and Milestone XProtect is essential.

• Knowledge of ACS/VMS integrations, intrusion detection systems, intercoms, sensors, and IP-based security solutions.

• Proven experience in validating functional tests and participating in commissioning activities.

• Experience in delivering security systems for critical infrastructure within data centers, utilities, energy sectors, telecommunications, transportation hubs, or similar high-availability settings.
