This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Deliver Level 2 sales assistance to partner sales teams.
• Oversee all leads referred by partners and manage the entire sales process.
• Maintain a clean sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts for direct referrals to Remote.
• Assist in sales enablement by designing and conducting comprehensive on-the-job training sessions.
• Manage the Slack sales support channel.
• Ensure all deals are closed promptly while keeping Salesforce records accurate and tidy.
• Continuously refine the role framework as it evolves, adapting strategies and processes based on feedback.
• Demonstrated experience in channel sales, sales, or partner management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused setting.
• Sales Expertise: Profound understanding of the complete sales cycle, including managing intricate sales processes.
• Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Salesforce Expertise: Proficient in using Salesforce (or similar CRM tools).
• Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset for tackling partner-related challenges.
• Training & Enablement: Capable of training and enabling partner teams with effective communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational abilities to ensure precision in Salesforce.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic, remote work environment.
• Team Player: A collaborative attitude.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in French preferred.
