Email Support Agent – Perfume Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• You will support customers with inquiries regarding their orders, payments, deliveries, and any general concerns.

• You will leverage customer feedback to generate new ideas aimed at continuously enhancing the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German, both in writing and speaking.

• Previous experience in customer service or managing email inquiries.

• Possess excellent communication skills and a courteous demeanor.

• Technically savvy.

• Must have a valid work permit for Turkey.

• Access to a personal computer or laptop (required for at least the initial 2 months).
