Email & SMS Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar.

• Create and enhance lifecycle flows, such as Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post-Purchase, Winback, and additional retention flows.

• Conceptualize campaigns, develop messaging, and define segmentation strategies.

• Convert strategic plans into briefs and proposals for the Email Designer.

• Collaborate with the designer to implement campaigns as per the brief.

• Oversee campaigns from the initial concept to the launch phase.

• Manage the complete QA process before emails and SMS are activated.

• Evaluate copy, links, CTAs, segmentation, personalization, offers, rendering, tracking, and customer experience.

• Monitor campaigns post-launch and promptly identify any issues.

• Maintain responsibility for weekly Email & SMS reporting.

• Track KPIs and share insights on performance, trends, and concerns.

• Offer actionable recommendations based on findings.

• Work closely with the Head of Growth while also functioning independently.

• Keep an organized calendar, optimized flows, dependable reporting, and a continuous testing roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical Email & SMS experience, preferably in DTC/e-commerce.

• Extensive experience with Klaviyo and/or other lifecycle marketing platforms.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to establish order in chaotic environments.

• Strong instincts for copy and messaging.

• Proficient in using Notion and Figma to develop campaign proposals, briefs, flow maps, and presentations.

• Strong quality assurance mindset.

• Proactive and capable of working autonomously.

• Availability for a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
