Email & SMS Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar.

• Develop and enhance lifecycle flows such as Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post-Purchase, Winback, and other retention strategies.

• Create campaign concepts, messaging, and segmentation strategies.

• Convert strategy into briefs and proposals for the Email Designer.

• Collaborate with the designer to implement campaigns as per the brief.

• Oversee campaigns from their initial concept through to launch.

• Conduct pre-launch QA for emails and SMS, focusing on copy, links, CTAs, segmentation, personalization, offers, rendering, tracking, and overall customer experience.

• Monitor campaigns post-launch and swiftly identify any issues.

• Manage weekly Email & SMS reporting.

• Track KPIs and communicate insights on performance, trends, and concerns.

• Offer actionable recommendations for improvement.

• Work closely with the Head of Growth while also taking initiative independently.

• Identify opportunities to enhance retention and drive revenue growth.

• Maintain a structured testing roadmap aimed at boosting Email & SMS revenue and retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Email & SMS marketing, preferably in DTC/e-commerce settings.

• Proven expertise with Klaviyo and/or other lifecycle marketing platforms.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of establishing structure in ambiguous situations.

• Strong instincts for copy and messaging, even if not directly involved in email design.

• Proficient in Notion and Figma for creating campaign proposals, briefs, flow maps, and presentations.

• Possess a strong QA mindset; able to identify issues before they escalate.

• Proactive and comfortable working independently.

• Available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
