• Execute Email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns that align with marketing calendars and adhere to brand standards.
• Construct and launch campaigns using Klaviyo and Attentive, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and scheduling.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee accurate and timely campaign launches.
• Conduct comprehensive QA checks, including link testing, audience validation, and creative review.
• Ensure that all campaigns uphold a consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual standards across all channels.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including engagement, conversion, and revenue contributions.
• Assist with A/B testing initiatives related to subject lines, content, send times, and audience strategies.
• Analyze results and offer recommendations for ongoing optimization and incremental growth.
• Aid in the planning and upkeep of retention marketing calendars.
• Help optimize automated lifecycle flows, including setup, updates, and performance tracking.
• Document processes, testing insights, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Leverage Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify, and other relevant marketing tools to execute campaigns effectively.
• Stay updated on platform changes, retention marketing trends, and emerging best practices.
• Continue to develop technical expertise across the retention marketing ecosystem.
• 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing.
• Preferably hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, and the Shopify ecosystem.
• Exceptional attention to detail in campaign setup, QA, reporting, and execution.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting performance data and identifying opportunities.
• Comfortable harmonizing creative thinking with technical execution.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple brands and stakeholder groups.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
