📋 Description

• Oversee and swiftly address a significant volume of incoming email inquiries.

• Compose, edit, and dispatch clear, succinct, and grammatically accurate email responses.

• Recognize and prioritize urgent or complex emails for appropriate escalation.

• Work alongside internal teams to address customer concerns and furnish accurate information.

• Keep abreast of the latest company products, services, and policies.

• Monitor and log email interactions utilizing company tools and CRM systems.

• Consistently enhance email response templates and processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Direct inquiries and support customer service and operational teams.

• Maintain well-organized records of correspondence and follow-up actions.
