This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns and programs utilizing Adobe Marketo Engage.

• Create and manage Marketo programs, including email distributions, engagement initiatives, nurture campaigns, smart campaigns, lists, and operational workflows.

• Convert campaign briefs and business requirements into precise, well-organized Marketo programs.

• Oversee campaign setup from creation to deployment, ensuring that all requirements are fulfilled accurately and within the timeline.

• Conduct pre-launch quality assurance checks on audience criteria, suppression rules, links, tracking, personalization, dynamic content, tokens, campaign logic, scheduling, and configurations.

• Test email rendering and functionality across various devices and email clients, and resolve any issues that arise.

• Implement audience management best practices, including exclusions and suppression criteria.

• Integrate approved creative assets and content into established Marketo email templates.

• Carry out A/B testing and other campaign evaluations.

• Monitor the execution of campaigns and troubleshoot any deployment or audience experience challenges.

• Assist with campaign reporting and analysis for delivery rates, opens, clicks, conversions, and unsubscribes.

• Maintain organized, consistent, scalable Marketo structures, naming conventions, documentation, and processes.

• Identify trends across audiences, campaign types, messaging, and stages of the customer journey.

• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders on broader campaign and performance objectives.

• Adhere to best practices for deliverability, consent, list hygiene, segmentation, and subscriber experience.

• Enhance quality assurance processes, minimize errors, streamline campaign production, and fortify marketing operations.

• Work with cross-functional partners to manage timelines, communicate project status, highlight risks, and prepare campaigns for launch.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in building and executing email marketing campaigns using Adobe Marketo Engage or a similar marketing automation platform.

• Proficient in creating emails, programs, smart campaigns, lists, audience segments, and campaign workflows.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.

• Experience in conducting thorough email campaign quality assurance prior to deployment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adhere to processes while managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.

• Capable of troubleshooting campaign setup, logic, audience, and execution issues independently.

• Familiarity with audience segmentation, personalization, deliverability, consent, and list management.

• Experience with marketing performance reports and dashboards; proficiency in Power BI reporting is strongly preferred.

• Solid understanding of email marketing metrics and the ability to analyze performance relative to goals or KPIs.

• Ability to convert marketing data into observations, insights, and actionable recommendations.

• Strong project and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of work from creation to deployment.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting email builds is advantageous.

• Experience with CRM systems and CRM/marketing automation integrations is a plus.

• Background in the education sector, particularly early childhood education, is beneficial.

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
