Email Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for crafting subject lines, offers, and copy.

• Develop segmentation and audience strategies.

• Create campaign briefs, plan calendars, and execute campaigns.

• Manage promotional blasts, automated workflows, and lifecycle sequences.

• Conduct A/B testing and refine strategies based on performance results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in email marketing for B2C brands in ecommerce, software, or finance.

• Strong intuition for developing offers and subject lines that drive conversions.

• Ability to work comfortably within structured processes and utilize AI-assisted workflows.

• Dependable, organized, and available for ongoing commitments.

• Experience with Customer.io is a plus.

• Familiarity with HTML email design, including writing HTML directly or using AI (not image-based), is advantageous.
