Email Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand $1M+ in weekly email traffic through Klaviyo automations and campaigns, generating revenue for a dynamic eCommerce business.

• Leverage LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Klaviyo AI, and Shopify’s integrated tools to swiftly create, test, and validate emails and workflows.

• Identify and rectify costly errors (broken links, merge-tag issues, off-brand messaging) *prior* to deployment.

• Develop and enhance multi-step flows, conduct A/B tests on campaigns exceeding 50k sends, and provide clear performance reports.

• Partner with a high-performing founder on strategic initiatives, while taking full responsibility for execution.

• Remain proactive in segmentation, timing, and deliverability enhancements—and contribute innovative ideas for continual improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, particularly with Klaviyo and Shopify.

• You are quick, accurate, and utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for everything from content creation to quality assurance to decision-making support.

• You have a keen eye for spotting errors and logical inconsistencies—demonstrated evidence of previous catches is a significant advantage.

• You have experience testing and optimizing large email distributions and are familiar with Shopify’s backend and product feeds.

• You act swiftly, respond promptly, and take initiative to enhance processes without waiting for approval.

• You have directly influenced at least one key performance indicator (for example, increased revenue driven by flows or enhanced click-to-open rates).

• Bonus points if you have experience with ClickUp as well.
