Email Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute campaigns for a specific segment of the pod's clients, which includes briefing, building, quality assurance, scheduling, and post-send review in Klaviyo.

• Manage flow work by creating and maintaining welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and winback flows, while analyzing data to suggest changes.

• Design emails and conduct experiments using Figma.

• Conduct structured A/B tests on subject lines, layouts, offers, and send times, and document the results that influenced the metrics.

• Implement segmentation strategies by building and refining client-specific segments.

• Ensure deliverability hygiene by monitoring inbox placement, spam rates, and unsubscribe rates, and maintaining clean lists.

• Provide accurate reporting through detailed per-campaign write-ups that include exact figures, identified data gaps, and a clear analysis of outcomes.

• Adhere to time tracking protocols by logging every hour in ClickUp against the appropriate tasks, from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in email marketing, with direct experience using Klaviyo to build campaigns and flows.

• A strong portfolio showcasing work from agency or in-house eCommerce settings.

• Proven track record of working with high-growth eCommerce brands.

• Proficiency in design using Figma.

• Familiarity with email deliverability concepts, including list hygiene, sender reputation, inbox placement, and a basic understanding of authentication methods (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

• Comfort with A/B testing and analyzing email metrics, especially open and click trends in the context of post-Apple Mail Privacy changes.

• Experience working remotely with excellent written communication skills.
