This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design, develop, and implement email marketing initiatives, including newsletters, nurturing programs, and event promotions.
• Oversee and enhance Marketing Cloud Account Engagement for audience segmentation, list management, and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with content, digital, and design teams to craft engaging email content that aligns with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and deliverability statistics.
• Offer actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign analysis.
• Establish and manage automated nurturing programs and drip campaigns that support lead lifecycle and conversion objectives.
• Ensure adherence to best practices regarding deliverability, compliance, and accessibility in all campaigns.
• Assist in A/B testing for subject lines, content, send timings, and targeting strategies.
• Maintain data quality and accuracy in segmentation; address list hygiene and campaign execution challenges.
• Collaborate with Salesforce teams to synchronize email campaigns, CRM data, and lead tracking.
• Document campaign procedures, best practices, and workflows for future reference.
• Provide assistance and training to marketing stakeholders as required.
• Stay updated on email marketing trends and platform enhancements, recommending improvements as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of practical experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or digital marketing.
• Prior experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar email marketing platforms is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability techniques.
• Experience in developing and analyzing marketing campaigns, alongside reporting and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and lead lifecycle management methodologies.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to convert data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and robust organizational capabilities.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Beefree, Figma, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
