Email Marketing Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the experimentation roadmap aimed at enhancing email marketing growth.

• Conduct A/B tests on:

• - subject lines

• - preview text

• - email body content

• - calls to action

• - content structure

• - offer presentation

• - lifecycle messaging

• Develop and prioritize experiments in two main areas:

• - Pre-purchase experiments aimed at maximizing conversion volume from emails

• - Post-purchase experiments focused on enhancing user activation, retention, and re-engagement

• Analyze email performance and user behavior to pinpoint growth opportunities and areas of friction.

• Craft clear testing hypotheses and suggest impactful copy variations for experiments.

• Collaborate with the Email Team to implement tests and campaign adjustments.

• Evaluate experiment outcomes, determine successful and unsuccessful tests, and outline subsequent actions.

• Report daily on email experiments in the growth Slack channel.

• Monitor the financial impact of each experiment on the company's revenue.

• Keep a well-organized backlog of email growth experiments and document insights gained.

• Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to generate fresh hypotheses and experiment concepts.

• Collaborate with data and product stakeholders to ensure experiments align with measurable business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing.

• At least 2 years of experience in growth and execution of A/B tests.

• Strong practical experience with experimentation in email or lifecycle marketing.

• Ability to conceive testing ideas that enhance conversion, activation, and retention rates.

• Strong instinct for crafting and refining:

• - subject lines

• - CTAs

• - email messaging

• - lifecycle content

• Proficient analytical skills and comfort in working with performance data.

• Experience with tools like Mixpanel, Customer.io, or similar platforms.

• Ability to work collaboratively across email, growth, product, and analytics teams.

• Exceptional organizational skills and effective communication abilities.

• Proficiency in English.
