Email Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide the email design team to create outstanding and conversion-oriented email campaigns.

• Work in close collaboration with our client's skilled in-house design team to conceptualize and enhance visually appealing and high-converting email campaigns, offering continuous art direction and supervision to ensure visual excellence throughout all initiatives.

• Engage in iterative design processes for campaigns, adapting to the rapid pace of an Agile development environment while incorporating stakeholder feedback to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Transform email marketing campaigns by skillfully arranging brand assets, product images, logos, and text into visually appealing layouts optimized for engagement and conversion.

• Utilize your extensive knowledge of email design best practices to craft spam filter-friendly, mobile-responsive emails that deliver an outstanding user experience.

• Collaborate with team members in Copywriting and Development to ensure seamless transition of campaigns from concept to execution.

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in designing innovative email marketing campaigns.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to balance multiple projects effectively.

• Capability to accept constructive criticism gracefully and implement changes swiftly.

• Enthusiasm for email marketing and a desire to explore creative boundaries within the medium.
