
Email Marketing, Customer Retention Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will oversee our clients' CRM and email marketing platforms, serving as the primary contact for all customer retention initiatives.
• You will play a key role in crafting results-driven strategies aimed at achieving set targets, as well as defining relevant KPIs to track progress, including ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CPC.
• By analyzing data, you will pinpoint unexplored growth opportunities that align with our clients' strategic goals and relay these insights to other departments or client teams.
• In collaboration with client representatives, you will design workflows to enhance ongoing communication and reactivation strategies.
• You will engage in continuous professional development, researching and testing new tools, formats, and methodologies to boost marketing performance.
• In the medium term, you will evolve into a leadership role within the Customer Retention team.
• Multiple years of experience in email marketing and familiarity with relevant tools such as Klaviyo, Brevo, HubSpot, or equivalents.
• A comprehensive understanding of online marketing and entrepreneurship.
• Experience in working with various customer segments.
• Proficiency in tracking, statistics, and data analysis (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio).
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Strong command of the English language.
