Email Marketing Coordinator – Klaviyo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Join the production team to assist in delivering retention marketing initiatives through email, SMS, and automation.

• Create and execute email and SMS campaigns and flows within Klaviyo, adhering to approved briefs, assets, and brand standards.

• Implement and support tools and features related to retention across CRM platforms, including Reviews, Loyalty, and customer engagement integrations.

• Accurately upload and format content, modules, links, and logic for all deliverables.

• Ensure proper segmentation, UTM structure, naming conventions, and flow logic are maintained.

• Perform comprehensive QA checks—including rendering, links, mobile responsiveness, compliance, and functionality—prior to sending items for internal review.

• Proactively identify issues, suggest solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to address any blockers.

• Monitor task progress in Asana, keep statuses current, and communicate blockers effectively.

• Collaborate with the copy and design teams to ensure deliverables are in line with the brief and creative vision.

• Utilize AI chatbots, GPTs, and agents daily to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed of delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing agency.

• Proven experience in building campaigns or flows within Klaviyo.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to adhere to structured processes.

• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Clear communication skills with cross-functional teams and a proactive approach to flagging issues.

• Familiarity with email/SMS best practices, segmentation fundamentals, and QA processes.

• Basic design skills to assemble layouts and identify inconsistencies.

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and adaptability in fast-paced delivery environments.
