Email Marketing Assistant Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Transform email designs from Figma into Klaviyo templates with meticulous accuracy.

• Integrate templates into existing workflows (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, etc.).

• Ensure all email components correspond precisely to Figma layouts (spacing, structure, hierarchy).

• Properly wire all CTAs, buttons, and tracking links.

• Consistently add UTM parameters across all links.

• Set up and manage flow logic (triggers, conditional splits, delays as necessary).

• Test emails across major clients like Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and others.

• Identify and report any design elements that do not adapt well to email format.

• Confirm that each email is fully operational prior to going live.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Klaviyo (must provide live flows or examples).

• Strong capability to convert Figma designs into email templates without variations.

• Comprehensive understanding of Klaviyo flows, triggers, splits, and timing logic.

• Experience in email QA and cross-client rendering testing.

• Exceptional attention to detail (broken links, spacing issues, or misaligned elements are intolerable).

• Ability to work autonomously and deliver swift, precise execution.

• Availability to commence immediately this week.

• Must be responsive during US Eastern business hours on Slack.
