Email Marketing and CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with online retailers across various sectors such as cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion.

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the team.

• Conduct frequent check-in calls to foster strong client relationships.

• Organize, coordinate, and take complete ownership of project execution.

• Create strategies for email marketing and customer relationship management (CRM).

• Work alongside operational teams on copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation.

• Establish and implement best practices for email marketing and sending volume.

• Design and execute innovative testing strategies.

• Impact clients’ growth rates and overall profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM.

• Previous experience with Klaviyo is advantageous.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools.

• Open and positive communication style.

• Ability to analyze data and create innovative marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in German.

• Strong written and spoken English skills.

• Must reside in Germany or have legal eligibility to apply for roles in Germany, as this position is restricted to applicants within Germany.
