Email Marketing Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies.

• Develop, schedule, and oversee email marketing initiatives.

• Create and manage email lists while ensuring the accuracy of the database.

• Track campaign performance and generate basic marketing reports.

• Coordinate the scheduling and publishing of social media content.

• Aid in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.

• Conduct outreach to prospective clients, partners, and industry contacts via email and LinkedIn.

• Research potential leads and maintain CRM records.

• Assist with updates to website content and marketing materials.

• Organize promotional campaigns, newsletters, and product announcements.

• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.

• Carry out general marketing administration and documentation tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in digital marketing, marketing administration, or email marketing.

• Proficiency in using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with social media scheduling applications.

• A basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads is preferred.

• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

• Strong written English and communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple projects at once.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

• Experience with Canva is a plus.
