Email & Design Specialist – Klaviyo, DTC E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and execution of AI-driven email marketing campaigns across various e-commerce brands utilizing Klaviyo.

• Aid in the establishment of automated workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing to enhance engagement and boost conversions.

• Collaborate with senior team members to deploy AI tools for copy generation, audience targeting, and optimizing performance.

• Manage and oversee email lists and segmentation to ensure accurate targeting and optimal list health.

• Support the reporting and analysis of key campaign metrics to pinpoint areas needing improvement.

• Help maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution in line with brand objectives and promotional timelines.

• Coordinate with design and content teams to guarantee cohesive and engaging campaign outputs.

• Design and develop email templates and campaign layouts that adhere to brand guidelines.

• Practical experience in email marketing, ideally within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.

• Essential experience with Klaviyo, encompassing automation, segmentation, and campaign creation.

• Essential experience with AI marketing tools (e.g., for copywriting, predictive analytics, or personalization).

• An analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and implement data-driven decision-making.

• Outstanding written communication skills with a focus on persuasive, brand-aligned copy.
