Email Deliverability Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee domain reputation and mailbox health for 10–12 client projects on a daily basis.

• Implement warmup procedures and counter-measures when reputation declines.

• Establish end-to-end email sequences in Reply.io and Instantly.

• Identify deliverability issues and independently resolve them prior to escalation.

• Build DNS infrastructure from the ground up, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC records, and Custom Tracking Domains.

• Assess email templates against spam trigger criteria and content hygiene standards prior to deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with domain warmup, email reputation tracking, and bounce log evaluation.

• Proficient understanding of DNS records, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup.

• Familiarity with outreach platforms such as Reply.io, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar tools.

• A well-defined daily process that you can articulate without prompts; you create checklists instead of reacting to crises.

• Adaptability to change, as processes frequently evolve.

• Intermediate+ proficiency in written English.
