📋 Description

• Develop and implement thorough email marketing strategies that align with business goals, utilizing the capabilities of the Instantly.ai platform.

• Leverage the Instantly.ai platform to design, launch, and track email campaigns across diverse segments and customer interactions.

• Apply advanced segmentation methods to effectively target specific audience groups, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.

• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, and visuals, all optimized for engagement and conversions.

• Plan and execute A/B tests to refine campaign components such as subject lines, content, CTAs, and sending times, using insights to improve future campaigns.

• Track essential performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, offering actionable insights and recommendations for campaign enhancements.

• Act as the main administrator for the Instantly.ai platform, overseeing subscriber lists, workflows, templates, and integrations to ensure efficient campaign execution.

• Stay informed about industry regulations and email marketing best practices, ensuring all campaigns adhere to applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure email campaigns support broader marketing initiatives and business objectives.

• Demonstrated experience in email marketing, emphasizing campaign strategy and execution.

• Proficiency in utilizing the Instantly.ai platform for email marketing campaigns is crucial.

• Expertise in A/B testing methods and campaign optimization strategies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and email marketing automation tools is an advantage.

• **System Requirements**

• - Minimum 15mbps for primary internet connection and at least 10mbps for backup.

• - A desktop or laptop with an i5 processor and at least 8 GB RAM, with an i3 processor for backup.

• - Note: Backup systems must remain operational during power interruptions.

• - A webcam is required.
