This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and manage email campaigns, encompassing newsletters, promotional content, and automated workflows.
• Segment target audiences for tailored and behavior-driven campaigns.
• Oversee and maintain email databases to guarantee precision, list health, and successful deliverability.
• Execute A/B testing on subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to enhance performance.
• Track and analyze key email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates).
• Ensure adherence to email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to harmonize email strategies with organizational objectives.
• Work in partnership with designers and copywriters to create engaging, brand-aligned email content.
• Offer insights and recommendations grounded in campaign performance analytics.
• Continuously improve segmentation, personalization, and automation tactics.
• Stay informed on email marketing best practices, industry developments, and new tools.
• Investigate integrations with CRM systems, websites, and paid marketing channels to boost outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in email marketing, with a solid history of managing effective campaigns.
• Proficient in using email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
• Comprehensive understanding of audience segmentation, automation, and best practices for deliverability.
• Analytical thinker with the capability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or digital advertising is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is preferred.
• Basic design proficiency in Canva or similar tools is a bonus.
• Required Headset: Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port is MANDATORY.
• WebCam: Minimum 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording.
