This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee enrolments in line with established protocols and Group Member Administration standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Investigate and gather information from multiple sources to address inquiries and resolve enrolment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with fellow group administrators during their absence.
• Research and reconcile Group Statement of Accounts.
• Identify improvements to current processes.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to operate with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience or familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.
