Elementary Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee instructional programs from a home-based setting in Minnesota

• Collaborate with learning coaches and students to guarantee the successful execution of instructional programs

• Enhance the instructional program through web conferencing sessions and synchronous teaching

• Complete grading, create progress reports, and hold parent conferences

• Formulate and revise Personal Learning Plans and schedules

• Assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and track assignment completion

• Cultivate knowledge of the K-12 curriculum and offer additional support to students and parents

• Coordinate with staff learning specialists to create alternative enrichment activities

• Engage in the organization and administration of State Testing

• Participate in field trips and community events for families

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be highly qualified and certified to teach Elementary grades in Minnesota

• Proficient in technology, particularly with Microsoft OS and MS Office applications

• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written

• Highly organized and dependable

• Customer-oriented approach

• Significant degree of flexibility

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Track record of being a team player

• Willingness to travel occasionally for marketing and state testing activities

• Capacity to work remotely, if required

• Availability to work some evening hours as necessary to assist certain families
