This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Acquaints themselves with the practices and procedures of field service technicians.

• Under the supervision or in collaboration with more seasoned technicians, executes any one or all of the following tasks:

• Incident Management: Utilizes diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and conducts thorough analyses of hardware and software malfunctions.

• Executes hardware repairs at the component level.

• Cleans and fine-tunes mechanical components.

• Configures and installs relevant software applications.

• Preventive Maintenance: Performs regular inspections in accordance with established protocols.

• Replenishes consumables as instructed.

• IMAC/R: Installs, relocates, adds, modifies, and removes hardware and software products.

• Customer Training: Educates and trains clients on the operation and usage of installed hardware and software.

• Participates in ongoing hardware and software training sessions (hands-on, classroom, and online).

• Contributes to the implementation of strategies to meet established KPIs.

• Aids in special projects as assigned.

• Diploma or degree in Electrotechnics, Electronics, or a related discipline.

• Experience in field service maintenance and repair, ideally with ATMs or banking automation systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Current CFT registration.

• Personal vehicle required.

• Valid driver's license (CNH).

• Willingness to work in the field, traveling up to 200 km on average.

• Residing in Cascavel, PR.
