Electrical Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire bid lifecycle, from tracking opportunities to final submission.

• Coordinate and manage the proposal development process effectively.

• Analyze and interpret construction drawings and blueprints accurately.

• Conduct precise quantity takeoffs utilizing the appropriate tools.

• Organize and enhance the takeoff process across various projects.

• Ensure comprehensive project scopes, eliminating any gaps or overlooked items.

• Collaborate with internal teams to collect necessary inputs for bids and proposals.

• Keep thorough documentation and tracking of bids, estimates, and submissions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in estimating and/or bid coordination.

• Strong skill in reading and interpreting architectural and construction plans.

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in scope review and takeoffs.

• Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented with a driven mindset.

• Comfortable with technology and adept at using digital tools and platforms.

• Familiarity with tools and software such as On-screen Takeoff, Planswift, Bluebeam, etc.
