Electrical Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate project proposals and architectural plans.

• Identify and quantify light fixtures, outlets, wiring, and other electrical elements.

• Enter data into specialized estimation software (training will be provided if necessary).

• Calculate material quantities and costs for effective project planning.

• Develop comprehensive project scopes to determine contract sizes.

• Collaborate with team members to formulate actionable plans for technicians.

• Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling tasks efficiently.

• Organize and maintain both digital and physical files and documents as required.

• Create reports, presentations, and various other materials.

• Serve as a point of contact for both internal and external communications.

• Respond promptly to emails, messages, and phone calls.

• Take meeting notes and provide summaries when necessary.

• Monitor project progress and deadlines closely.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Conduct research tasks for project planning or problem-solving purposes.

• Address client inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.

• Offer basic troubleshooting assistance and escalate issues as needed.

• Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with audiences.

• Create or edit content for newsletters, blogs, or promotional campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in home services or construction, ideally in electrical services.

• Strong capability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Familiarity with estimation software (specific experience is preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience in providing administrative support, scheduling, and communication.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.

• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
