This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Delivers technical advisory and consulting expertise to programs and projects in development, establishing a reputation as an authority in the field of microcircuit emulation engineering.

• Offers engineering subject matter expertise, guidance, and leadership to technical staff and various groups.

• Acts as a technical specialist within the organization, applying advanced theories, concepts, principles, and processes.

• Functions as the technical team lead for programs.

• Prioritizes technical challenges, formulates technical strategies, and collaborates with program managers to design schedules and budget plans that facilitate program delivery milestones.

• Aids in the identification and management of program risks.

• Coordinates the use of the organization's technical resources as necessary.

• Develops and conducts final technical reviews of key technical documents, including major reports, status updates, letters, technical memoranda, contract reports, and formal presentations.

• Generates original ideas and innovations for both solicited and unsolicited proposals, contributing to the growth of existing programs or the initiation of new ones.

⛳️ Requirements

• 15 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 13 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field; 10 years of relevant experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent combined with 19 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in project/program engineering.

• Clearance: SECRET clearance with the US Government.

• In-depth knowledge of microcircuit emulation and its related industrial base, production equipment, and defense system requirements.

• Proficient knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, hardware, and software.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills at both customer and organizational levels.
