Electrical Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Design and develop the electrical systems for an innovative ClimateTech product, preparing it for international mass production.

• Create and engineer electrical hardware for the upcoming generation of the Road Power Plant.

• Develop electrical schematics, choose components, and create high-quality PCB layouts.

• Conduct simulations, perform laboratory testing, debug, and validate systems.

• Build prototypes and assist in the transition to serial production.

• Integrate sensors, actuators, and control units within the overall product framework.

• Collaborate closely with teams in mechanical, hydraulic, software, and physics disciplines to address interdisciplinary engineering challenges.

• Support real-world testing and continually enhance hardware performance under practical operating conditions.

• Optimize current electrical systems with a strong emphasis on reliability, manufacturability, and scalability.

• Contribute to future generations of controllers and electrical architectures for deployment on an international scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• Equivalent practical experience is also welcomed.

• Hands-on experience in electrical hardware development, electronic product development, or similar engineering roles.

• Experience in developing electrical systems from initial concept through to production readiness.

• Strong expertise in PCB design, circuit development, component selection, and system integration.

• Experience in testing, validating, and debugging electronic systems.

• Ability to work independently, demonstrate ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in German is an advantage.

• Ideally, experience in power electronics, embedded systems, renewable energy technologies, or industrial product development is preferred.
