This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
β’ Design and develop the electrical systems for an innovative ClimateTech product, preparing it for international mass production.
β’ Create and engineer electrical hardware for the upcoming generation of the Road Power Plant.
β’ Develop electrical schematics, choose components, and create high-quality PCB layouts.
β’ Conduct simulations, perform laboratory testing, debug, and validate systems.
β’ Build prototypes and assist in the transition to serial production.
β’ Integrate sensors, actuators, and control units within the overall product framework.
β’ Collaborate closely with teams in mechanical, hydraulic, software, and physics disciplines to address interdisciplinary engineering challenges.
β’ Support real-world testing and continually enhance hardware performance under practical operating conditions.
β’ Optimize current electrical systems with a strong emphasis on reliability, manufacturability, and scalability.
β’ Contribute to future generations of controllers and electrical architectures for deployment on an international scale.
β’ A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
β’ Equivalent practical experience is also welcomed.
β’ Hands-on experience in electrical hardware development, electronic product development, or similar engineering roles.
β’ Experience in developing electrical systems from initial concept through to production readiness.
β’ Strong expertise in PCB design, circuit development, component selection, and system integration.
β’ Experience in testing, validating, and debugging electronic systems.
β’ Ability to work independently, demonstrate ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
β’ Excellent communication skills in English.
β’ Proficiency in German is an advantage.
β’ Ideally, experience in power electronics, embedded systems, renewable energy technologies, or industrial product development is preferred.
