Electrical Engineering Manager – HV Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold engineering systems, standards, and procedures.

• Offer technical guidance throughout projects from initial feasibility to construction and commissioning.

• Conduct technical reviews and ensure high quality in all engineering outputs.

• Establish and enhance engineering workflows, tools, and documentation practices.

• Ensure adherence to applicable industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory codes.

• Assist in the growth and capability enhancement of engineering teams.

• Manage and coordinate external consultants and subcontractors.

• Promote a cooperative and high-performance engineering culture.

• Provide mentorship and technical support to team members.

• Aid project delivery teams with technical insights and oversight.

• Contribute to the planning, scoping, and technical input for proposals and tenders.

• Interact with internal stakeholders, clients, and external parties as necessary.

• Propel continuous improvement in engineering processes and delivery results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualifications:

• - Over 12 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in high-voltage or power systems.

• - Prior experience in a similar senior engineering or technical leadership position.

• - Comprehensive knowledge of transmission infrastructure, substations, and grid connection projects.

• - Capability to review and supervise both primary and secondary engineering disciplines.

• - Experience with battery energy storage systems (BESS) is highly desirable.

• - Familiarity with civil and electrical interface coordination in infrastructure initiatives.

• - Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and oversee external consultants or contractors.
