This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh, +5 more countries.
• Supervise and guide a team of 5–10 technical trainers, ensuring uniform quality, productivity, and timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct thorough reviews of technical assignments from beginning to end, encompassing problem statements, codebases, circuit netlists, hardware description languages (HDL), datasets, computational environments, reference solutions, and automated tests.
• Validate tasks related to high-performance computing (HPC), parallel computing, algorithms, distributed systems, compilers, operating systems, databases, machine learning systems, GPU computing, circuit design, signal processing, power systems, and embedded systems.
• Ensure that tasks reflect realistic workflows in software engineering, research, and electrical engineering, necessitating meaningful, multi-step technical reasoning.
• Confirm technical accuracy across algorithm complexity, numerical precision, memory management, concurrency, circuit laws, power balance, signal processing, timing constraints, and system stability.
• Validate compilers, simulation tools, software dependencies, computational environments, and build processes to guarantee reproducible results.
• Identify unreliable tests resulting from nondeterministic behavior, race conditions, hardware-dependent performance thresholds, or simulation convergence challenges.
• Review automated grading systems to ensure they evaluate meaningful technical outputs, including functional correctness, performance, frequency response, waveforms, timing, efficiency, and system behavior.
• Detect technical inaccuracies, flawed assumptions, incorrect tolerances, and potential bypasses of tasks without genuine computation or engineering analysis.
• Offer actionable technical feedback, monitor revisions, and ensure quality issues are addressed prior to task approval.
• Onboard trainers, distribute work, oversee quality and throughput, resolve technical obstacles, and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
• PhD, postdoctoral experience, or equivalent advanced technical expertise in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong programming proficiency in C/C++, Rust, Python, Julia, Fortran, MATLAB/Octave, or hardware description languages (HDL).
• Advanced knowledge of Linux and command-line environments.
• Practical experience in at least one key area, such as parallel computing, systems programming, scientific software development, circuit simulation, signal processing, power systems, or digital hardware design.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, computational systems, numerical methods, software testing, or principles of electrical engineering.
• Experience in reviewing complex codebases, technical implementations, engineering simulations, or research outputs.
• Capability to assess algorithm correctness, computational efficiency, numerical accuracy, concurrency behavior, and technical reliability.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify technical flaws, edge cases, race conditions, and misguided engineering assumptions.
• Experience in mentoring, reviewing, or leading small technical teams.
• Excellent written communication skills for delivering precise technical feedback and documentation.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Opportunities for professional development and training.
• Flexible work hours and remote work options.
• Collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
