This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the safe and compliant execution of strategic electrical infrastructure projects.
• Serve as the primary contact throughout pre and post-sales design, construction, and commissioning processes.
• Assume complete responsibility for the delivery phase before and after sales, representing Leep in communications with customers and stakeholders from tender support to project adoption.
• Ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
• Guarantee compliance with UK SHE legislation and any regulatory licensing requirements.
• Assist in the budget-setting process within the Operations Directorate.
• Generate precise and timely forecasts and project status reports for internal performance tracking and updates to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Ensure all pre and post-sales activities adhere to Leep’s established processes and procedures for the Strategic Projects Team.
• Manage each project in accordance with the capital budget.
• 10 years of experience in Project Management or Team Supervision within an ICP, IDNO, or DNO.
• Proven experience in the design and construction of electric Extra High Voltage (EHV), High Voltage (HV), and Low Voltage (LV) network infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of the contestable and IDNO processes.
• Excellent knowledge of multi-utility industry asset standards such as NJUG.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, with experience in developing and overseeing personnel.
• Financial acumen with a proven track record of adhering to budgets, along with strong computer and reporting skills.
• Practical knowledge of Health & Safety management and audits.
• Experience as a Principal Contractor (PC) under CDM 2015, with a good understanding of the Principal Designer (PD) role and its requirements.
• Familiarity with electricity regulatory standards relevant to the business and the necessary compliance processes.
• Extensive knowledge of asset adoption and delivery legal documentation requirements.
• In-depth understanding of design, construction, and commissioning activities, along with the supporting documentation.
