eLearning Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with subject matter experts across various regions.

• Develop and revise educational materials.

• Publish courses on our Learning Management System (LMS).

• Collect feedback and aid in the ongoing enhancement of our training initiatives.

• Design and create training materials that align with business goals, utilizing instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories.

• Produce interactive, scenario-driven content, original educational materials, and assessments in collaboration with SMEs throughout the organization.

• Oversee multiple simultaneous People Development projects, partnering with internal stakeholders and external technology providers to execute training priorities punctually and to a high standard.

• Collect feedback and assess training effectiveness using frameworks such as Kirkpatrick to guide the continuous enhancement of programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

• 2-3 years of experience in developing and delivering training content, with practical proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline.

• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) and confidence in working within an international, cross-cultural context.

• Strong capability to organize material, write scripts, and design interactive content, presentations, and job aids, grounded in instructional design, adult learning, and business education principles.

• Proven ability to distill complex content from SMEs into clear and engaging learning experiences.

• Systems thinking, meticulous attention to detail, accountability for outcomes, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders while consistently meeting deadlines.

• Adaptability, self-motivation, and strong communication skills, with the capability to interview SMEs and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
