EKG Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Evaluate ambulatory ECG transmissions and detect arrhythmias.

• Create precise, physician-ready reports utilizing monitoring software.

• Ensure prompt completion of reports while upholding high-quality standards.

• Oversee transmissions and escalate critical findings as needed.

• Maintain necessary certifications and engage in continuing education.

• Collaborate effectively with clinical and operational teams.

• Assist in achieving daily workflow and productivity targets in a 24/7 monitoring environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is mandatory.

• Completion of a fundamental ECG course is required.

• Capability to interpret ECG rhythm strips independently.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the healthcare field.

• CCT, EMT-B, EMT-P, or RN credentials are required.

• CCT certification from CCI must be obtained within 90 days of hire if not already certified.

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel.

• Strong attention to detail coupled with critical thinking abilities.
