This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• As a Collections Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with our merchants according to the area’s requirements.

• By adhering to quality and productivity policies, you will also be accountable for reducing delinquency levels.

• Reach out to merchants who are in arrears and encourage them to make payments.

• Provide payment alternatives to help normalize their obligations.

• Address or redirect merchants' inquiries regarding the product.

• Meet the collection goals set by the department.

• Provide insights that contribute to process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional or student in administrative careers, at least in their fourth semester.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection for banking institutions and Fintech companies.

• Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Sheets, Forms, Docs, and Slides).
