This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Engages in the analysis of customer requirements, actively assessing client needs to guide the creation of solutions that align with both customer expectations and business goals, while performing thorough evaluations of current infrastructure to suggest suitable, scalable, reliable, and secure architectural solutions.
• Leads the team in establishing goals, managing performance, developing talent, standardizing processes, and promoting team unity, in accordance with Philips' leadership principles.
• Contributes to the efforts in solution architecture by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that fulfill project requirements and align with organizational objectives and industry best practices, all while operating under limited supervision.
• Develops standardized architecture templates, ensures uniformity and clarity in pre-sales documentation, and facilitates effective communication regarding scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines to stakeholders.
• Identifies and recommends solutions for routine challenges, utilizing expertise and collaboration with senior leaders to ensure effective resolution of issues, while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving within the organization.
• Remains updated on products, solutions, services, IT, and industry trends, providing clients with top-tier solutions, ethically monitoring competitor offerings, and actively participating as a member of the Community of Practice for solution architecture.
• Conducts thorough surveys of the competitive healthcare market landscape to gather insights into data-driven solutions, trends, and potential architectural use cases.
• Develops customized solutions in collaboration with domain experts that align with customer needs and budgetary constraints, ensuring the delivery of tailored and cost-effective solutions that meet client expectations and enhance business value.
• At least 4 years of experience in Solution or Technical Architecture, preferably within the Healthcare sector focusing on Radiology, Cardiology, Pathology, or other clinical systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or IT.
• Proven experience in establishing and maintaining robust external (and internal) relationships with stakeholders, including Senior Management.
• Experience in comprehensive technical blueprints that encompass both hardware and software.
• Familiarity with the IT infrastructure that supports Healthcare Informatics solutions, including server/storage architecture, virtualization, networking, and security/compliance requirements for clinical systems.
• Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, along with strong written and oral presentation skills, capable of engaging any audience, including Clinical, Technical, and Executive-level stakeholders.
