EHRM Program Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the activities of organizations that support EHR Go-Live, recovery, and Post Go-Live Operations.

• Lead the creation and distribution of healthcare support services while enhancing overall operational efficiency.

• Facilitate Value Stream Enablement by coordinating teams, resources, and execution efforts as VHA transitions from six live sites to a larger scale.

• Assist in centralized upskilling and onboarding processes, which includes managing training logistics, scheduling, and the delivery of training materials to off-site locations.

• Anticipate operational needs and collaborate with department managers to prioritize and allocate resources for surge tasks.

• Enhance and maintain standard operating procedures, operational trackers, and execution schedules for surge-support initiatives.

• Aid the Tiered Hub prioritization process and monitor operational metrics to enable swift, targeted interventions.

• Contribute to the preparation of weekly task reports, bi-monthly budget trackers, and monthly progress updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in production or operations.

• Background in healthcare operations or health IT program execution, preferably within a large integrated delivery system or VHA.

• Experience in supporting EHR deployment, training operations, or logistics for command centers.

• Knowledge of Lean/Agile execution practices and operational performance metrics.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.

• Capability to obtain and sustain a favorable VA background investigation at the Low Risk / NACI level, which includes electronic fingerprinting and e-QIP submission.

• All work must be conducted within the United States.

• Willingness to travel occasionally within the continental United States to VA Medical Centers, with approximately 5-day site visits, to support EHR Go-Live and Post Go-Live efforts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

• Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is highly preferred.
