EHRM Operations Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee HL7 message dashboards to detect, troubleshoot, and resolve interface problems

• Assist with production troubleshooting calls and conduct log-level analysis to pinpoint root causes of integration challenges

• Engage in Interface System Testing (IST) sessions

• Provide support for EHRM site go-lives and release initiatives

• Aid in release planning, readiness tracking, and operational assistance during deployments, including occasional support outside of regular hours

• Maintain documentation for releases, test plans, incident logs, and operational records

• Work collaboratively with development, architecture, and project teams to ensure system stability and resolve issues

• Contribute to team goals and assume additional responsibilities as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

• 3-5 years of experience in production support, system operation, system monitoring, or healthcare data integrations

• Proficient understanding of HL7 messaging and healthcare integration processes

• Experience in supporting production environments, utilizing monitoring tools, and troubleshooting real-time system issues

• Background in supporting Oracle Health/Cerner EHRM implementations

• Familiarity with integration platforms such as Mirth Connect, MuleSoft, or similar

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and stakeholders

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities

• Knowledge of FHIR standards and healthcare interoperability

• Previous government or federal experience

• Experience aiding Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other federal healthcare initiatives

• Eligibility to obtain a government clearance

• Must be located within the continental US

• Availability for occasional off-hours support during EHRM site go-lives and releases

• Selected candidates must undergo fingerprinting at a government facility and a background check
