📋 Description

• The Electronic Health Record (EHR) Specialist will be instrumental in enhancing EHR solutions that empower Aledade’s partner practices to improve patient outcomes, lower healthcare costs, and boost efficiency.

• This role will involve collaboration with practice stakeholders and the diverse Aledade team to identify, develop, and execute EHR solutions that align with strategic ACO initiatives.

• Additionally, the EHR Specialist will facilitate the collection of practice-generated data for use in population-based analytics.

• Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of at least one leading ambulatory EHR solution, a strong grasp of practice workflow, and the ability to travel as needed.

• The EHR Specialist must excel in a dynamic environment, adapt well to change, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; however, significant and relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.

• 4-6 years of experience as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare sector (e.g., ambulatory practice, EHR vendor, health plan, hospital, government, management consulting) with a proven ability to build, maintain, and enhance customer relationships while optimizing EHR systems.

• Previous implementation or optimization experience with top-tier ambulatory EHRs and practice management software is essential, with preferred expertise in Epic Ambulatory, NextGen, Athena, Greenway, or eClinicalWorks products.
