This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Accountable for enhancing product performance and value for Tenet Patient Financial Services, its clients, and the healthcare market by effectively supervising, directing, and managing the government programs product and coordinating its delivery through field operation offices.

• Oversees the Government Programs for the assigned division, providing guidance, expertise, and resources to management and staff to facilitate governmental program recovery and reduce facility bad debt.

• Ensures that staff comprehend and implement local, state, and federal laws and guidelines.

• Designs and delivers Eligibility Program training to divisional staff and clients.

• Guides staff on issues and inquiries related to Government Programs, while developing, refining, and managing the product to optimize operational goals and objectives in collaboration with the management team and staff.

• Monitors and fosters team morale and productivity, assessing them against planned objectives. Identifies key performance indicators to track and manage product performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare finance or revenue cycle.

• At least the most recent 3 years of experience in Federal, State, and Local government programs.

• 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience within Federal, State, and Local government programs.

• Proficient knowledge of healthcare products.

• Familiarity with the rules and regulations governing Federal, State, and County programs.

• Proficient in P/C systems, including Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Detail-oriented, with strengths in managing multiple facilities, supervisors, and hospital platforms.

• Capable of prioritizing and efficiently managing multiple tasks.

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and management skills.
